18 year old Charles Ross was arrested after giving wedgies to a group of complete strangers outside of a Florida movie theater. 

He posts prank videos online. Good for him. 

A male victim told the police that Ross grabbed him “by the back of his pants and pulled them up hard"....that's real talk from a grown man.

Others that received wedgies “were too embarrassed to want to pursue charges.”
