First the clown tackled the cop to the sidewalk. Then the cop started punching him in the side of the head.
The guy in the clown outfit was eventually arrested. Apparently he was a local activist who'd been protesting something outside City Hall. According to police, there were complaints about him chasing after cars with a squirt gun.
