Tony Hawk is one of the best skateboarders in the world, but should he skate swinging his four-year-old daughter with neither wearing any safety gear?

That's the question people all over the Internet are asking after Hawk posted the photo of he and his daughter Kadence having a good time in their backyard skatepark. Hawk is wearing shoes, long pants and a hoodie while his daughter is barefoot. He's seen swinging her in the photo he posted on Instagram captioned. "Updated frontside flight photo…She is learning to skate on her own, so we might not be doing this much longer."

Yet, not everyone approved. One person tweeted, "Crash, split, blood! Put a helmet on her, moron!"

But others stuck up for Hawk, with one writing, "Dude it's Tony Hawk! Relax people!!! He's in more control of that thing than you are in your own shoes, so pipe down!"

Hawk had a similar take, writing, "For those that say I endanger my child: it's more likely that you will fall while walking on the sidewalk than I will while skating with my daughter."
