Hi, my name is KATANA and I'm a very sweet gal who loves people, but just need a little time to warm up. I'm very under-socialized and will need extra attention paid to socializing me. I seem to be very comfortable around other dogs. I'm very playful from the start with the dogs I met. I may be too persistent for some dogs, so dogs who have the same interest-level in playing would work best. I am very interested in cats and did try to play. It turned out, I'm way too rough for a kitty, so I would do best in a feline free home. The children in my home should be 11 years old and older because of my shyness with new people and because I do guard my food. I'm BOP IT. I came to the shelter in July 2011 when I was just a few months old. I'm a sweet, playful boy who likes to investigate everything around me. I can be a bit shy in new situations, especially when I don't know anyone. But that's only because I don't know what my life could be like outside of my cage. The people here are so nice to spend time with me and help me to be for confident. I try very hard to become the best kitty companion I can be.
